Who are MiTow's tow partners?

Independent tow-truck owners and fleet drivers who take jobs through MiTow. We arrange the booking; your partner is responsible for the service on your vehicle.

How do I know who's coming?

Once a partner accepts, you see their name, photo, rating and number plate. They can't start the job without your 6-digit code, so share it only when they arrive.

Can the fare change after I confirm?

It locks when you tap Confirm Booking. After that, only waiting time can be added: 15 minutes free at pickup, then ₹5 a minute. Before you confirm, it can change with demand.

What can add to the starting fare?

Distance, a night pickup (10 pm–6 am, +15% of the base fare), a highway pickup, accident recovery or high demand nearby. Starting fares are for a daytime pickup off the highway.

Can I pay in cash?

Not at launch. You pay in the app by UPI, card or wallet through a secure checkout. If a payment fails, your trip is safe and you can try again.

What does it cost to cancel?

Free while we search. Once a partner accepts: free for 2 minutes after you confirm, ₹150 up to 10 minutes, then the base fare. If they're already on the way, it's the base fare.

What if no partner accepts?

If the search ends without a match, tap Try again to search at the same locked fare. If a partner can't finish the job, you're not charged and we look for another.

Can my family follow the tow?

Yes. Share trip sends a live link that opens in any browser, no app needed. It shows the truck, ETA and plate, never your number or fare. Stop sharing any time.

Can I book a tow for later?

Yes. Pick a slot such as in 1 hour, in 3 hours or tomorrow at 9 AM. Your fare locks when you book, and any night charge goes by the pickup time.

Where is MiTow available?

We're starting in Hyderabad and adding areas zone by zone. Set your pickup and the app tells you straight away if it's outside our service area.
